Arcus FM were a well established property FM company with extensive experience in the private sector with major retail chains.

Our role was to advise the senior leadership team on how local government worked and the stakeholder relationships they would need to forge to make a breakthrough into the market. We ran a series of workshops and supported the business development team at conferences where we introduced them to senior political decision-makers.

During the pandemic, we supported them to actively engage with council depots to utilise the santising solutions they had developed for trucks and HGVs.
